Here is a list of the most common issues people may have when using the system. This list will grow as more issues are identified.

• Having trouble logging in.
  • Other than typing the wrong information here are some common mistakes:
    • Using your call sign instead of your e-mail address as the log in user name
    • Using capital letter in your e-mail address.
    • All e-mail addresses use lower case letters
      
      
• Getting logged out of the system.
  • The system will automatically log you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.
    
    
• Not receiving the confirmation e-mail after registering.
  • If you have not received an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder first. Often times it is sitting in there.
  • If the e-mail in not in the SPAM/JUNK folder, then e-mail the Event Admin or give a shout out in the WINTERHEAT Facebook group and we can get you sorted out.
